Victoria Tea Tasting

This day will transform your understanding and appreciation of tea. Quite like wine, tea hosts an infinite variety of flavours, smells, and qualities that can each be appreciated, tasted, and understood in depth.

We will start our journey in historic downtown Victoria at a tea tasting bar for a private sampling.As we taste we will also learn about how tea is grown and processed, along with the health benefits of each, and how we can maximize them for ourselves.

After enjoying the tea bar we will stroll though downtown, taking in the sights: LoJo shopping district, Chinatown, and the inner harbour and causeway just name a few.

Wrapping up our leisurely walk we will end our day at The Fairmont Empress to take in their classic Edwardian afternoon tea service. This is a treat like no other. Tea along with tea sandwiches, fresh raisin scones, preserves and Jersey Cream, completed with delicate desserts will ensure this is a "no-supper-needed" day.
